help sa Alpine CD Changer

Hi peeps

Just this afternoon i replaced a cd in my cd changer. After doing so, the changer didn't work anymore. When I put the HU in CD Changer mode the panel displays "Error 1". Also, i cant eject the changer cause its not responding. I dont think the cd caused the problem cause the cd was new and i inserted it correctly.

What might be the cause of this? Anyone know how to fix this problem? IF none malamang pa-service na ito. San ok?

nangyari na rin sa akin dati yan, pinacheck ko sa service center ng clarion, wala pang 15 min. ayos na binuksan and tinanggal lang ang cd sa changer. Baka yung cd na nilagay mo hindi pantay (bengkong). yan ang naging problema sa akin, pinakita nung technician yung cd ko placing it on top of a table, konting yupi ang cd kaya bumabara.

aann may i know what happened na to your alpine CD changer... ganyan din ang problema ko error 1 ang lumalabas sa HU ko. How much yung repair ?

Ano model ng changer mo? Usually kas, ang ibig sabihin ng Error 1 eh marumi na yung laser mechanism ng changer mo. Minsan naman, eh yung "ai-net" cable eh napipitpit somehere. Pero ung malinis naman yung laser mo, either misaligned na yung laser mo or malapit ng bumigay yung changer mo.

Ai net-ay type ng communication ng mga compatible na mga alpine units. for example, di mo na kailangan ng rca cable pag nag connect ng cd changer kung ai-net compatible yung head unit at yung cd changer...one wire lang ang ginagamit

wilson66, until what time are you open? i have an alpine 6 disc changer... same problem as aann, pero nae-eject naman yung changer. and, i can play the first 2 cds. pagdating sa 3rd cd, error na.

possible mechanical alignment or madumi lang.
better ma check muna para sure.
