Recommendations on where to go and who to speak to please?

Also, around how much would it cost me?

It depends on what you want. If you want an all-in dvd, cd, navi, ipod ready unit there are a lot out there, but problem with these units are that sound and picture quality is not that good. My car came with this and immediately replaced this. This should cost anywhere from 15-30k.

If you want a better sounding and better picture unit, I suggest buy a Pioneer unit which retails for around 20K, then you would also need a dash interface as you will replace the OEM panel to accomodate a 2-DIN unit so this should cost around 4-6K. Then just buy a separate Garmin unit for about 8K and that should be it unless you want to install an amp, seps, sub.

There are a lot of shops that can do this and it is easier to refer if we know which area you are near
