    Is there ashop here cutomizing LCD video set up for vans/cars?

    It's possible, you can even put 22" or a higher widescreen-type. You can sacrifice one side of the van for it or whatever you prefer. You'll only need a power inverter (from 12v to 220v) to make it work, which will cost you from 1K-3K depending on the wattage capacity. PC Options sells railings that you can use for mounting it on your van, but to make it aesthetically pleasing, you might want to ask a car modification shop to do it for you. HTH

    You can find inverters from electronic shops as well as some DIY/hardware stores in the city.

    Inverters are devices used to convert 12volts DC current to 220volts AC current. In fact UPS (uninterruptable power supply) are inverters with a built-in charger and battery.

    You will just have to find an inverter with enough capacity to power your LCD screen's electrical load requirement. Most small car inverters being sold are limited to 100 to 150 watts of continuous operation. You might need to make your own or find a bigger rated inverter from specialist electronic supply stores or salvage one from an old UPS that uses 12 volt batteries.

    meron 1000watts (surge) and 800 watts continous power rating na inverter sa ace hardware * SM fairview. cost around 9k ata. 3 pcs outlets and is almost as big as an amplifier.

    dapat may built in voltage regulator yung inverter. the voltage spikes might damage your LCD.
