    My primary concern is the space. Can you suggest a small sub but has a loud sound output? About what size would the box be?

    What's the difference among the Kicker sub, JL and DLS besides the price? Which is the best buy in terms of sound quality?

    shock, the best way is to audition, pero minsan mahirap mag audition kung saan di ba,
    well minsan may mga sound off ang ating KAC brothers.

    as for experience minsan hindi kailangan ng malaking sub to fully satisfy one's music, boom boom ba ang habol mo o sound quality,
    yung iba ngang kilala ko may DAC pa (Digital to Analog converter pa dahil mas gusto nila ang analog sound, mas ok ang sound stage, pero masyado ng advance yun. an 8-10 incher is ok na for sound quality

    as for best buy do not count out our targa products, dai-ichi have come along way, ngayon nga nakikipag sabayan na sila sa mga home theater giants eh.

    buy pinoy, ok yan sa economy natin.

    kimpOy, Thanks. Last Saturday I passed by KAC sound EB in Fort. But I don't know anyone kaya hindi din ako nakapag-audition. What I want is a mixed boom boom and sound quality sana.

    I am now looking into an 8 incher Kicker sub, S8L5, ok na siguro to? Spacesaver.

    Ano naman po yung DAC? How do you define digital sound and analog sound? Sorry, newbie here. Thanks.

    If you are to choose which sub you would get, which one would you choose and why? (Parang question sa Miss Universe, ah)

    Kicker Sub
    JL Audio Sub
    DLS Sub

    Assuming that these are all 8 incher sub.

    odell, Sayang, hindi ko alam na nandun ka. Si kiper ang natawagan ko that night pero hindi naman daw sya nagpunta. So hindi din ako nakapag-audition...

    Downlisted na yung options ko to a Kicker sub and JL Audio sub. Which is better?

    shock absorber,
    home home audio listening, analog sound gives you the best soundstage sound compare to digital.

    some audiophiles still prefer the vinyl over CDs,
    YUP plaka.

    Depende sa model yan...

    Quick opinion lang...
    Kicker Solo S8L5/7 - Loudest of the 3 if powered correctly. mini SPL!
    JL 8W0 - SQ sub, easy to power 'malambot ang bayo'
    DLS W308B - don't know if available locally, my 2nd choice after JL in terms of SQ
