April 20th, 2009 06:33 PM #2Chief, for me mas gusto ko meron, kasi the purpose of the network divider is to separate the Bass, midrange and treble sound of the music. Kung baga, mas accurate yung labas ng tunog per speaker.

May 3rd, 2009 10:15 AM #3Sir..passive crossovers completely destroy the original phasing through power factor issues between components..so kung meron ka ng active x-over sa amp mo I would not use the dividing network dahil lalo maging complicated ang system mo...basic understanding po nito..dividing network are filters...kung may filter na ang amp mo.. at lagyan mo pa ng external filter may possiblity po na may mga frequency loss ka.. dapat ang aim mo sa system ipapalabas mo ang lahat na frequency...

May 11th, 2009 05:57 AM #4I agree, although for me, I opted to use my passive until the time I get a full-active capable HU, anong headunit ba gamit mo bro? if you opt to use your passive, try to switch off your amp's HPF, let the passive do the filtering, remember, the less processed your sound (signal) is, the better kasi mas natural sounding rather than being "artificial" due to processing it went through.
