Dash Cams (DVR) - Where to buy?

Hi guys, I've decided to buy a dash cam since my work demands driving hundreds of kilometers a day and having an extra layer of safety/documentation is surely handy.

Problem is, I don't know what to buy and where to buy it.

After reading articles online, the best value unit seems to be the DVR-027. However, I couldn't find any on Sulit. Any idea where to get this? There are a lot of fake ones on sale on Sulit so I'm kinda hesitant.

Also, you guys might have suggestions on better units. I particularly like the dash cam of our fellow member, Pipefish. Super sharp, based on the stills that he posts here.

ingat sa paglagay ng suction cups sa part na meron tint, katagalan ung area na un ay aangat ang tint.

got myself a P990 cdr-king dash cam. i think they jacked the very same item up to 1500. haven't gotten the time to buy the sd card sa dami ng christmas shoppers kaya di ko pa naikakabit.

yup katagalan nga umaangat yung tint. Still canvassing din kung anong DVR ok kasi nakaka 70kms ako a day and half nun is night time driving. Ano po ba tested na DVR na ok resolution sa gabi.

Depends on the tint you use. Higher quality films will not be affected. I use the DVR suction mount with my Huper Optik and this is exposed to sunlight everyday. No problems.

siguro sir, glass din naman didikit diyan suction. yung view nga lang baka di na maayos considering na malalayo na sa windshield. any case scrap the idea since tinted na din po pala sunroof nyo.

Same question as Flip, doc. Gano na katagal ung suction mount niyo? Lagi ako may windshield cover pag nakapark, un lang dashboard un pinoprotektahan ko.

Dun sa stem ng rear view mirror nilagyan ko ng double sided tape, para magkaroon ng friction (hindi dumulas) tapos tinalian ko ng tie wrap, so far maganda naman ung result.

saan niyo pinadaan wires niyo sa mga merong dashcams?
