Clarion DB336MP HU

i currently have an old alpine HU (a TDA 7524 if i'm not mistaken) and i'm thinking about getting a Clarion DB336MP from ebay ($118 + $20 S/H + whatever Johnny-Air will charge for overseas shipping) or locally if the price is ok.

my question is, are these compatible? i want my power antenna to continue to work. :D of course i would not need the HU and CD changer anymore ("i don't need no steekin' changer, i have MP3 capability!")

gagana pa rin yung power antenna. naka wire lang naman yan sa power supply ng HU mo eh. ako kasi nung nagpalit ako ng HU, di ko na pinakabit yung switch for my power antenna kasi sira na, it makes this grinding sound when it goes up.

why dont you try looking at other brands such as pioneer, because they have stronger after sales support here in the phils. vs. clarion if i'm not mistaken. di ko narin gusto ang clarion dahil yan yung stock HU sa car ko before.

just my 2 cents.

its the cheapest MP3 HU on ebay na name-brand (merong $105 pero no-name)

ano ba pinaka mura locally? i figure $118 for the HU + $20 S/H + $20 overseas shipping (Johnny Air Cargo) = $158 which is around 8000 pesos. Pretty cheap for an MP3 HU don't you think?

maganda naman yung DB336MP. stainless steel yung harap, round analog volume control, blue dot-matrix LCD. 50W x 4.

Yung mga Pioneer na MP3 sa Intense halos same price lang din. I don't know about the features. Pero may threads dito sa audio forums about them. Paki-hanap na lang po.
