    my almost all-new setup. 1 year and i have had:
    4 different subs (Infinity Perfect 12", IDMax 12", (2) 12w7 sealed box, (1) 12W7 ported)
    4 sub amps
    3 -4 channel amps
    2 headunits

    I am now satisfied. Just need to add an in-dash eq (Eclipse 21010 or Audiocontrol Three.1). Pagod na pagod na ako. Ayoko na! hehehe.

    all DIY. its my pride and joy. hirap magtrabaho sa garahe malamig kasi d2. di pa tapos amp rack ko. lalagyan ko a ng plexiglass cover at fans. binenta ko sa ebay yung isa ($350).

    Astig, is it true that to install the sub you need to temporarily remove the surround of the woofer? :roll:

    yes. meron locking ring na aalisin tapos pwede mo na i-fold yung surround. hindi maaalis yung surround completely kasi nakadikit sa cone.

    gusto ko nga sana umuwi dyan sa pinas at magtayo ng shop pero marami pa akong kailangan matutunan. I need to learn how to install alarms, remote starts,... siguro kailangan ko magtrabaho muna sa isang shop d2 para matuto ako. O kaya just hire people na marunong. ayaw pa rin muna umuwi ng misis ko sa pinas kasi di pa daw sya US citizen. In the meantime practis muna ako at mag-iipon ng mga tools.
