Pa comment po sa mga audio gurus re my plan set up

Good day to all, my ride is a frontier, pick up kaya limited space re installation of speakers and baffles. All stock pa yung naka install at present, HU and speakers. My first step is to purchase a pioneer 2050 hu with 50w mofset and replace all stock door (50watts)speakers with a targa 100watts 2way, lastly for this stage install a pair of tweeters on the dashboard. next step will be the subs, planning to purchase the V12 8" subs with built in amps. para plug ang play n lng s existing set up. Tama kaya ito plan ko, will the pioneer HU produce good quality sounds for the moment hangang wala pa yung subs? TIA

im not a guru but il give it a shot. the pioneer can produce good sounds, but consider separates na lang.

ang kulang lang is some bass because of the lack of a sub. baka mabitin ka sa 8 inc, baka pwede 12" for bass. but that depends on what kind of box you will use for the sub. slot ported for bayo and sealed for SQ and nice deep bass sound. most people are not too hot on amplified subs, they prefer externally amplified. yun lang, you will want an ampli to go with the sub

kung kaya pa stretch konti ng budget go for 3050 na para may usb ka na rin. hindi ko sure kung meron ng usb yung 2050 eh. pag meron na ok na rin siguro yan. go for seps na lang sa front, wag mo na isipin yung sa likod. as for the subs, wag mo kunin yung built-in. baka mabitin ka lang pag tagal. mura na lang din naman subs ngayon, straight targa ka na tapos fenton amps.

if your going for sql, then i would say na dont get the v12... kung space naman ang prob, yung friend ko same ride as yours then he got 15" sub and replace the passenger seat with the ported box. yung sinasanadal ngayon kung sa likod ka, yung mismong sub na. wag lang pabayuhin kung may sakay...

pero if your just for the sq type, get the bazooka na lang. just remeber na walang "umph" yan. its just there to complete the sound.

Mas ok nga sana yung DEH3050 kaso mahal presyo dito s iloilo, yung 2050 nasa 5k na, canvass pa ako kung saan maka mura pa.P install ko na yung Targa na 2way seps 100watts and at tweeters.
Suggestion po uli, what if yung V12 na ampli na mosfet 4way 2000w, 2,500pesos bilin ko namuna tapos i abang ko sa papagawa ko sealed type na baffles for the sub, may size kaya n sealed type na pwede i lagay sa likod ng sandalan? Targa na 10" siguro kung pwede.
Yung stock HU n OEM na lang muna(naka cassette adopter naman s ipod kaya claro ang sounds)
Pwede ba i set up na yung 1 channel ng ampli dun ko ikabit yung 4 n seps targa 100watts at tweeters, then 1 channel for the 10" subs pag na pagawa na.

sa 4 channel amp, better to use the 2 channel for your separates. then bridge the other 2 for your sub (mag 12" ka na) para walang sisi...go for ported.

yes, go for a 4 channel amp bro. kayang kaya ng v12 i-drive yung targa seps and targa sub. i'm not sure if ok yung ported box considering limited space yung ride mo. pwede karin mag sealed box para magkasya sa pick-up mo.

sir i doubt you can get the box to fit sa likod ng sandalan... and the 10 incher's na sub, baka mabitin lang sa boom boom. go for 12" na lang kung ganon. try niyo phoenix gold, ok din boom boom niya compared to the targa.

another vote for the 4-channel ampli, 2 channels for the seps and the other two for the ampli. the v12 should fit your budget nicely.

another vote to the 12". sa totoo lang bro, baka mabitin ka sa 10" so go for 12" na. yung box naman depende sa gusto mong effect, bayo vs deeper bass. a good sub plus box can set you back mga 3k lang (here in mla hehehe)

sir tanong lang, hindi kaya over kill yung 2000w amp? hindi naman power hungry ng setup niyo for that much wattage. kahit 500w na amp ok na at baka mahirapan na alternator niyo sa 2000w amp. yung akin kasi 500w lang amp ko to power seps and 12" subs.

btw, if your getting the 2000w amp, yung fuse sa power supply baka matunaw lang so get the "hotdog" type fuse na.

archie, yung amps hindi siguro 2000watts na out put nya, malamang PMPO lang yun. kaya ko lang na state na 2000watts kasi yun yung nakalagay sa casing nya. pero mosfet at 4way channel daw yun.

I will purchase it and install the amp and the 4 pcs Targa 2way in all doors plus the pioneer tweeter. I second stage ko na lang yung suggested nyo subs na 12", kausapin ko yung gumagawa ng videoke dito kung pwede makagawa ng sealed type baffles na kasya s likod ng sandalan ng pick up. Limited choice lang kasi dito unlike dyan sa mla madami pwede punthan para mag pagawa.

1 pair of 6.5" separates X-652C lang. no need for 2 pairs IMO ha? sabay mo na yung 12" sub para box na lang. good luck

sir if your considering the 4 speakers, rear and front doors... ok lang kahit yung seps sa harap lang power ng amp. yung sa likod, just let the hu drive those kasi pang rear feel lang naman yun. bridge mo na lang 2 ch sa seps and 2 ch sa subs.

sa box naman, AFAIK theres a calculation for those kung gaano kalaki dapat na size ng box.... sure you can fit the box sa likod ng sandalan but then can it maximize the boom boom?

finished my sound set up for my pick up. installed a pair 0f 100watts crown tweeters on the dashboard, replace the front stock speakers with 100watts 2way Targa seps, 2 pcs 8"conzert for the subs(limited lng kasi space for baffles 5 1/2" x 12" x 15") and a v12 600watts 4 ch amp.
ang ginawa ng nag install drive the seps from the stock HU, then get a signal from the rear channel to the amp which is where the tweeters and subs are connected.

cost me around 7k all in all.

So far satisfied naman ako.

sir, for me mas maganda if ginamit yung 2 channels for the seps then the remaining channels for the sub. let the HU drive the tweeters nalang. maganda kasi ma amplify yung seps para mas magiging clear yung boses. just my 2 cents.
