you will need an amp for SQ. medyo bitin yung budget since you're looking for an IPOD ready HU. don palang, laki ng kaltas sa budget eh...

first of all in an audiophile setup, you really don't need rearfills, kung baga supplementary lang yan, ang importante yung front staging mo + your sub. Check your HU if there are preouts for amplifiers, HU's will only provide you 25watts, sobrang bitin yun. Add an ampli, difference is night and day.

like what they said; an Ipod capable HU will already cost Php 1+,+++.. dagdag budget or non ipod HU ang gamitin mo.

at the end of the day, system mo yan, do whatever pleases you in terms of how it sounds.

like for me, although i appreciate a good recording, i still prefer listening to the tunes i enjoy listening to, so kahit mp3 lang sya, enjoy padin ako.

nothing beats an orig cd in terms of sound quality, although MP3s sound good also, but you can hear the difference, specially audiophile music. Most pirated mp3s have only 128kb - bitrate, preferable it should be around 192.

i already have a cable for ipod that connects to back of HU, i think its plugged to CD changer socket.
