bro, alam ko sa banawe 1k lang!lalagyan ata nila ng wire ung HU mo tapos lalabas sa ilalim ng dash. kinda weird but it works!

not sure if pwede sya sa lahat ng stereos sir. but better go to banawe to be sure. yung sa friend ko kasi pioneer na walang aux so pinalagyan nya. ako i decided to buy a belkin fm transmitter which caused me about 5k in damage!ung sa friend ko 1k lang.but masmalinaw ung sounds nung sa kanya. ung sakin kasi parang fm lang ang quality ung sa kanya talagang clear!ganda sa sound set up. i think pwede mo din itrade ung luma mong stereo para palitan nila ng player na my aux!

yes, may type na bad sound quality but i got a good one na claro naman ang base & other sound frequencies at high volume, "wired" from modulator to mp3 player (directing USB flash mem is no good), same principle sa wireless microphones. any way, if you intend to tamper with the original design your HU by putting AUX in, better buy a unit with a built-in.

fyi, i also drive a revo glx same with markuz14.

wow good for you!ako kasi i bought a belkin pa na brand almost 5k!di ko mamaximize ang sound set up ko!parang bitin ung bass pagdating sa subs ko! fm na fm lang ang dating unlike if its really an aux in!i could really feel the bass thumping towards my chest and my rear view mirror ! using a fm modulator imho would just transmit your audio into a fm modulation frequency unlike using wires wherein there is a direct connection between your mp3 player and your HU. but its really way better i guess if you'll just buy a HU with mp3 capabilities.

For your PhP5k Belkin you can have a number of decent HUs with aux-in capability already. Add a couple thousand and you can even plug in USB thumbdrives---something Pioneer seems to have specialized in for 2008.

sir hindi nga po ako masaya sa fm modulator kaya recomend ko ung aux in. i bought mine nung gen1 pa ng mga ipod kaya wala pang aux in ang mga players. kasi pag fm modulator bitin unlike ng aux in.

Aux In?

what you should look into your HU:
1. face - if there's a hole with an AUX IN label, then you have an AUX IN
2. at the back - if there's a hole and looks suspiciously like an AUX IN, then chances are, it is an AUX IN. Get yourself a baby plug (stereo) to baby jack cord.
3. at the back - if your HU is CD changer ready, then buy yourself an adaptor with one end that will fit into the CD changer socket and the other end would either be a pair of RCA or baby jack
4. at the back - if one of the pairs of RCA dangling is labeled as AUX IN, then get yourself an RCA to baby jack cord.

Some of the HU's are still needed to be configured to accommodate that AUX IN feature, otherwise and most of the time, it is just simply plug n play.

FM Modulator is simply a device which modulates the signal coming from your audio device into radio frequency which in turn will be demodulated by your HU to cause it to be heard audibly through your car's audio system. In short, parang nakikinig ka lang talaga ng FM station.

bad news..just called maspro banawe, ang hu ng city is fujitsu ten, 2500 ang singil pag magpapalagay ng aux in, tapos bubutasan sa harap, or 2nd bay ng radio.
they will attach it daw sa connection for the cd shuttle.

sa pioneer daw..mura lang...1k lang daw pag hu is pioneer.

with that much amount sir, i would've just opted for a new head unit, with aux-in and usb na...cd quality, and consider the kewl power it will pump thru your speakers...just ma five bucks

try evangelista in makati dami car shops jan, kid audio in binan, kartrix in binan, alabang, sucat and look for jun...hope it helps
