not sure bro pero close to 5k nagastos ko. i think reseller nabilhan ko 3 years ago bro kaya mura kasi sa volume at free delivery pa.
flooring, double walled doors (all 4 doors), at trunk lang di ko nalagyan hehehe
    btw CTK is better?

CTK is better kasi lighter vs acoustipad. Also yung materials used is different.

Pero personally i'll stick with acoustipad kung flooring lang. Then sa door, outer is CTK then acoustipad yung pinaka-door wall mismo.

Mag lessen daw kasi road noise kapag nilagyan deadening sa flooring.

Insulation actually pwede din in between ng flooring tska deadening sheet.

deadening na asphalt? tried that in my altis pero parang wala naman halos effect.. much better yung fiberfill plus rubber na insulation.

    Hello mga Masters,

My ride is a Suzuki Vitara GLX 2018 model with deadening installed on four doors and has the following setup,

    HU: Stock Allwinner Brand with 10” screen (CPU:1.6GHz Arm Cortex A7, RAM:1GB, ROM:16GB, OS:Android 6.0.1)
    Front: JBL GTO 609C seps
    Rear: JBL GTO 629 coax
Amp: Planet Audio Anarchy AC1600.4 (4-channel amp with total rated power of 800W *4ohms)
Sub: Planet Audio PA8W (powered underseat subwoofer with rated power of 800W)
LOC: DS18 V5HL (for the HU kasi walang RCA outputs)

I’m not satisfied kasi on how the tuning was done after all the hardware was installed. Yong ginawa kasi ng installer yong tuning tenga lang kasi ginamit wala man lang maski a simple voltage measurements using a voltmeter to check on the input and output signal levels at different stages. In my novice opinion parang kulang or hindi tama yong pagkagawa sa installer and wanted to redone it properly in a meticulous manner in my own limited way at no additional cost for optimum SQ. Although newbie lang ako sa car audio, Im a willing learner and could learn fast basta pasensyoso lang yong mag guide sa akin. Can you guys help me with this, please? How do I start with the above given setup?

    Thanks in advance.

Nothing wrong if tuning was done by ear to be honest. Almost all usually starts with the equipment then tune ulit by ear pero usually minor details nalang.

No additional cost means bringing it back to the installer and telling him/her the problem.

2nd option is bringing it to another installer for checking.

    Where's your location?

Araneta Car Accessories has a 25k all Pioneer budget build, 40k Focal auditor build.

For underseat sub, it will cost 10k for the unit. (I think that's already the installed price)

If we'll use the package price, amplifying all the speakers and using the underseat sub will cost around 30k.

Front doors - 2 way seperates

    Rear doors - coaxials

    *techglimpse

Had 1 before. Good enough kung basic upgrade lang hanap. Maboses yung pioneer 2-way kaya ramdam na agad difference vs stock and lalo na deadened yung doors for the midbass.

Spacer lang yan. No drilling needed.

Parang feel ko hindi masyado defined yong separation ng High and Low Frequencies parang may overlapping kaya medyo mudded yong sounds at high volume if that's the right term to say. What about yong HPF at LPF ng amp ano yong dapat naka set?

    Thanks.

"Mahal" is actually subjective when it comes to car audio.

Yung 40k sa labas vs 40k sa dealership actually differs a lot if you'll consider the added equipments that will be used.

For the "40k sa labas", you'll get the following:

    -1 pair of 6.5" 2-way seperates (front)
-1 pair of 6.5" coaxials (rear)
-1 set speaker spacer (if needed)
-1 set of door deadening material (outer shell only)
    -1 4-channel amplifier
    -1 12" subwoofer
    -Box for the subwoofer
    -Wiring
    -Labor

This set varies from shop to shop so better check your friendly car audio shop. Some might take out something and some might add something.

Personally if i were to build a simple system, ganito gagawin ko.

All prices are inflated and wiring/labor price is also an estimate:

    Set 1 (underseat sub)
    -1 pair of 6.5" 2-way seperates (front)- Pioneer * 5k
-1 set speaker spacer (if needed) * 1k
-Front door deadening (inner and outer shell) * 3k
-2 channel amplifier (powering the front speakers) * 5k
    -underseat sub * 10k
    -Wiring and labor * 5k

TOTAL - 29k so round off nalang natin to 30k

    Set 2 (sealed box)
    -1 pair of 6.5" 2-way seperates (front)- Pioneer * 5k
-1 set speaker spacer (if needed) * 1k
-Front door deadening (inner and outer shell) * 3k
-4 channel amplifier (powering the front speakers) * 7k
    -12" subwoofer Pioneer * 5k
    -Subwoofer box * 2k
    -Wiring and labor * 5k

TOTAL - 28k round off nalang natin ulit to 30k

You'll get more bang for the buck sa set 2 but if may space constraints, set 1 should suffice.

When i read the bold part ng reply mo, i knew that it is only a setting problem. I need to know your wiring diagram sa amplifier before i'll give suggestions.

LOC gain dapat hindi ginagalaw yan. Dapat nasa gitna lang based on experience. Adjust the gain thru the amplifier only.

There is no perfect hpf/lpf setting kasi we're doing it in the worst environment to produce proper sound (car) so it varies from car to car and equipment to equipment.

Sorry, i can't help sa Cebu area kasi wala ako kilala doon. Nasa Dumaguete kasi yung kilala ko. I'll check with him for Cebu area.

Actually good to know that you know the wiring diagram of your build.

Here's what i can help (tune by ear):

-Reset the LOC gain to the middle
-Reset (sagad sa counter-clockwise) the gain of channel 1&2 and channel 3&4)
-Switch to FULL instead of HPF for channel 1&2 and channel 3&4
-Do a pink noise (unoccupied radio station will do)
-Turn the amplifier gain clockwise until you hear clipping
-Do the same for the gain sa other channel
-Play a familar song to you
-Check if pwede na yung tunog. If not, do the gain again.

Or you can use a digital multimeter if you have 1 laying around.

PM nalang tayo if you have other inquiries or we can use the thread para malaman din ng iba. Hehe i think part of the thread naman yung concern mo

For the 40k I got this set incl. deadening, installation and labor:

Parang same dun sa 40k sa labas na set that you mentioned except that it's an underseat sub instead of a box sub.
