My brother replaced his head unit with Android, but not exactly the one you posted. I think it's good, very easy to use for Waze.

This is it and you are correct, it isn't cheap. He said around 20k, but he can't remember the exact price.

No problem since he had it for about 3 years. He is using hotspot for internet as he isn't sure if it has a slot for simcard.

I'm not aware if this is good when it comes to sound quality. As far as the basic use is concerned, or at least the way he use it, my brother is fully​ satisfied.
