Pagkakaalala ko kasi may package siya before na 10k pero kinetic seps lang. Kapag pinapalit mo siguro yun papasok parin sa 15k all-in.

Updated the LC120's sound system to a set of Polk MM6502s. Better than the DB651s in the Civic.

Parang okay naman to my untrained ears.

May stock tweeter pala yung 120. Akala ko butas/empty lang :O

19k for this. Ewan ko kung sulit. Done by Jetcar, remembered them kasi sila nagpalit ng HU nung nasira yung stock.

I would have considered other shops at that time pero okay naman ata sila doon and most of all open sila on sundays ahahaha.

Nasa door panel yung tweeters in the stock location, to the left of the letter "E" sa picture. Kinahoy namin yung harness/connectors ng stock tweeter, pero no splicing or cutting sa stock wiring ng kotse mismo. Ito #1 requirement saken hehe.

Yep open sila half days pag sunday. Normally it will take longer daw pero since this is a straight speaker replacement, mabilis lang, mga 2 hrs approx.

The stock HU was 'upgraded' a few years ago but only out of necessity. Yung pihitan ng channel and volume, nagloloko na. Minsan gusto mong pahinain yung volume, tatalon to 30. Tapos sunod na pihit mo, magiging 5.

Thanks! Okay yung speakers. They didn't have stock of the entry level Morels or Focals. Not sure how this set compares to the more well known brands. Any feedback on this set? Para at least lang I know saan ito malakas or mahina hehe.

Also, am picking up some wire harnesses for future 'upgrades' on other vehicles hehe.

Sobrang iningatan ata yung door panels mo boss umabot ng 2 hours yung installation. Hehehe

Sakit yan ng toyota stock HU. Our 12 year old innova ganyan din yung sakit pero sayang na ipaayos.

Polk audio is actually ok lalo na nung 00's. But either nag-niche market na sila or lack of marketing ngayon kaya "mas" sumikat sila Focal or Morel ngayon. Polk audio is a little bit laid back compared sa focal. More like morel yung tunog.

Stock HU will do BUT if you want to unlease its potential, you already know my answer. (ahem ahem amplify...)

Actually polk are good sq speakers. It depends on what genre you play or how you percieve sound. They are worth the price. It will all depend on the tuning now since its placed on stock locations.

focal and morel together with audison, dls, hertz, jl audio and kicker are Are those of the known brands. They are above pioneers, alpine, jbl, polk audio, targa, cadence ryan audio, and a few more brands. Only a few is on the top of the echelon. BeWith and micro precision to name a few. Still, speaker will depend on the placement and the tuning and how sensitive and how you percieve sound. Not to mention the genre of music you play. Each speaker has its strength and weaknesses.
The most important thing is you're happy and contented with your purchase and it sound good to you.
