amped seps are your best bet!
amped targa TX 2way seps powered by a fenton amp would suffice ;)

if i just want a car stereo which plays CDs (no MP3 or WMA), more on SQ rather than SPL, what do you suggest?

just get an in dash....
then put a little more on the seperates and the amp for it..
depends din po sa budget..
i started with v12 taiwan made alpine.. and its good i tell you.. it powered my 15 incg PG sub and my PG seps..
cost me no more than 15K

March 23rd, 2004 10:06 AM #17correct, sa SQ madali lang naman yan
indash Head unit (HU) or with changer nasa preferrance mo na lang.
eto mas mura ng kaunti
let your HU power the seperates (seps) up front and a V12 or Fenton power the sub 8-10 inchers ayos na
agad sa sub, be it boxed, free, nasa iyo yan
ang medyo hassle lang diyan, eh yung mga would be vibrations, plate numbers, loosen nuts, screws screws and more screws, nakakaloko yan bro, kaya make sure to check it all up kasi uulit uulitin mo yan kung may vibs pa.

Nice inputs from you guys...
Eto naman ang tanong ko related din, pang start up lang na setup: mukhang ok naman ang HU na stock, Alpine na TDA-75xx (stock ng Corolla GLi). Gusto ko lang muna mag-play ng CDs. Do I get an AI-Net CD changer or replace my HU with CD player? Mgkano ba ang CD changer ngayon na AI-Net?
I used to have a Pioneer CD changer in my old ride. After 3 years, na sira na yung shuttle. Sabi nila pag changer maraming mechanical parts so mas madaling masira...
Hope to hear from you.

March 23rd, 2004 03:42 PM #20wild thing, ako suggestion ko, get a CDFM Chager na lang para in case you decide to sell your car, matatanggal mo pa and malilipat sa new ride mo...
and with regards to your question, yes, AiNet dapat kunin mo...
