ALPINE brand is a well known high end brand but what are this so called V12 and et .al thats sells much cheaper than their competitors and the wattage they indicate are in thousands (ang lalakas naman nito). some say, taiwan made AMPS daw ito, totoo ba ito o simply imatation lang ng ALPINE ito. how about the quality? just asking.....

Imitation. Di ko lang alam kung Taiwan o China. Over rated yung wattage and hindi efficient yung amp. Mabilis maginit. Ok for budget setup but if you have the money get something better.

I had one before and sakit sa ulo ko. Malimit magloko yung built in crossover. As in papasok yung mid and high sa subs ko. Of course its possible na lemon yung nakuha ko.

hmmm... imatation.... yung iba proud na proud sila pag may ganan naka install sa kanilang ride, kasi raw mataas ang WATTAGE, lakas daw SPL nila ngek...

kung tight ang budget get a real brand kahit di kilala wag lang imatation. IMHO

Which is better 2-way separates or 2-way coaxials? What are the merits of either type?

guys, nakakita ako ng ALPINE na amp sa auto centro sa araneta., V12 sya., and imagine the price 2,500? you think its fake? pero lahat ng shops dun same price and box ng v12, me nakita din ako na 2,700 naman.,

those are bootleg v12 amps from either china, taiwan or korea.

ang worry ko dun sa mga Bootleg V12 na yan eh yung nakatatak na WATTAGE ang tataas tunay ba yun O gimmick lang. may mga 3600WATTS power, ano ito RMS o baka naman PMPO....

QUESTION mga peeps. Anong difference ng performance and efficiency ng sub pag install mo eh pabaliktad yung bang front is facing inside the boom box rather than the conventional way?

just wondering kung ok rin ba yung subwoofers for PC's like Altec,Soundblasters 2.1 or 5.1 that has 12 Volts DC input. ok na rin kasi yung quality nila and it oly costs around 1,600-3,000. ang liit pa, magaan at mobile. hehe..

San mo ba ilalagay ung separates/coaxials mo?if ang gusto mo clarity mas ok sakin ang separates, mejo mahal nga lang ung brand na gusto mo.D/L/S.pero me friend ako na naka seps na dls ok ang voice quality.

sa experience ko bro, ok ang separates, depende sa wattage,2 sets ng seps and gamit ko, canton and mb quart. ok naman, ung D/L/S, nakarinig na ko from a friend ok ang voice quality kaso lintik naman sa price

question; can a 130watts/ch 4ohms AMP (3 ch) can drive a 200wrms/400max SUB. is my AMP underpowered or its just enough.

another, ask ko lng kung ok lng gmitan ng jensen amp n 2ch (w/o crossover) yng seps ko. pra kcng loaded n yung v12 amp ko eh, dmi ng nkakabit meron ng subs, 6x9 n rear speakers and yung seps k s front. mahihirapan b akng itono yung seps ko with the other speakers s rear kung gmitan ko yung seps k ng 2ch n wla crossover.
