I think that you should let a good mechanic to check your leak Bro. , it might not be the rack and pinion. there are three hoses that usually made leak on power steering oil. i suggest you call Dondie of Euro_Care his no. is 3580751 cell# 09196391626 or 09235587334, his one of the best when it comes to bmw
