Very Aston-Martin at the front-end, especially with the headlight and grille shapes, but at least there's still the BMW specific "flame surfacing" effects on the sides.
If the headlights were really "angry-eyed" style instead of taped over like in the pics, it wouldn't seem so derivative, and more like current BMWs.
