Beware of faulty MAF sensors and knock sensors, they can cause the ECU to fry... usually caused by improper engine washing. My friend experienced this and an engine wash session sa gas station resulted to a P85,000 damage bill.

Ang papangit ng mga lumalabas na BM ngayon:worried: pangit kse mag design ni chris bangle sori to bmw owners pero hndi tlga ako nagagandahan mostly din sa car reviews in magazines and top gear etc. hndi sla nagagandahan i would rather choose MB maganda tlga pati features perfect!:D

I guess, Chris Bangle has a lot of detractors Even in our club (BMWClubPhils), he has been criticized a lot.

BUT, his designs have become sales hit in Europe and the U.S. particularly the Z4 and the new 5-Series! The profile of the buyers of the bimmers are younger and more open minded about designs.In fact, BMW has in the past three years beaten MB, Volvo, and Audi in sales growth.

it is the wave of the future... and you can't stop it...

plus, the age profile of BMW buyers are getting younger... if you haven't noticed, most of those who don't like the new BMWs are the oldies (sorry) while those who does belongs somewhere near the yuppies crowd...

and the pictures of the new bimmers doesn't do justice to the real thing! take for example the Z4... its lines are very confusing and unconhesive. but upclose and personal... it is very graceful and flowing...

o nga. i think the designs now are more youthful. and when you see the new bimmers in person, iba talaga sila pag icocompare mo sa pics. ganda talaga ng mga bimmers!

Z4 does look nicer in person... in fact...

I used to HATE the looks of the new 7 series and 5 series... with a PASSION... but now...

I've been seeing 5 series cars around, and I'm starting to like the looks... there are some snaggles in the design, yes, but the car is very "butch" in its execution... a little more macho, if you like...

I'm sort of starting to like it.

Unlike the City, I still have to squint at it sideways, to find anything appealing about that design. :p

for me, the designs of Mr. Bangle resembles an octopus? cuttlefish? squid?

in pictures, its kinda odd but in personal, its intimidating, its a head turner...
i've seen several bmw 5s and it never fails to drool me

parang civics sa unang labas medyo hideous, pero it grows on me.
