i think the information is wrong. 360+ kph is achievable by supercars but unlikely for a 650i
Damn, son! Where'd you find this?

That old, unverified yarn is still on wikipedia?
It's patently false.
A stock BMW M6 only tops out at around 330 km/h. That's a 500 hp super-sportscar.
A BMW 650i has less than 400 hp. To get to 360 km/h, it'll need over 700 hp. And since the guys from Autoplus have not posted any videos or news about a 700+ hp 650i, I highly doubt that one exists in the Philippines.

It says...
Speed limit
80 km/h near Metro Manila, 100 km/h in rural areas, but 120 km/h is permitted. Speed limits are strictly enforced via CCTV cameras and speed guns, and speeders are usually identified as soon as they hit the tollbooth. The highest speed recorded here is 401 km/h by a Sarao Jeepney on December 5, 2008.
A V10 BMW M6 without a speed limiter is capable of going just over 300 km/h (some say 320km/h -330 km/h), so there is no way a weaker 650i will go faster than an M6, not unless its some kind of heavily modified turbocharged beast!
