still on plug-it... online lang time to time to update sa tsikot. sige lang sir tangs, since tomorrow na ung eb, online parin ako bukas. may wifi narin sa hospital, kaya mas madali narin kahit pano, except na lang if may patients. pwede ako ym bukas, or facebook if ever, i guess sir jojo din. so wait mode na lang ako till bukas hope matuloy narin ang provincial acp... more power.!

Late na ako dumating pero inabutan ko pa sila Chachoy, Nencila at Melvin. Ito yung napagusapan namin, na sya narin naging topic nung mga unang dumating.

1. Provincial Chapter:
Provincial aspirants are encouraged to form ACP <area> chapter (ex. ACP Davao Chapter). During ACP Official EB, they are also required to gather themselves and simultaneously party from their area. Manila Chapter will host the online stream / webcam via Yahoo (or whatever online chat is available). This will count as their official EB attendance. Example, surgeon_jm and xda2jojo - you can start forming ACP DAVAO CHAPTER.


Online attendance is only valid to those in the provinces except areas close to Metro Manila like Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal. Members who are in abroad can also join the meeting via online and their attendances are also counted.

Membership requirements are still the same, but online attendance will be honored only for the above scenario. Upon completion of the membership requirements, Official Stickers, Counters, Caps and T-shirts will be shipped via courier to the provincial member.

Tangs21 will take care of the online meetng.


2. Official T-shirt / Polo shirt Design:
Please submit your design to Nencila.
We also have planned to ask help from friends from Car shops. (Sponsors) Action item for Chachoy.

3. Official EB Schedule:
Please suggest the best date/time of our monthly Official EB. Ex. every last Friday or Saturday of the month. We can set the venue alternately between North and South area (NCR only). We can always have an adhoc EB (mini EB) anytime.

4. Officers:
Reposts the list of officers so everybody we get updated. Action item for Nencila.

5. Future plans: On October ACP anniversary, there will be a general gathering. Provincial members are encourage to join the meeting PERSONALLY :-). Sagot ni nencila board and lodging nyo..hehe..


6. Attendance:
Di ko nakuha attendance, pa post nalang.


7. Reminders:
Official members are encouraged to attend the EB. Or at least visit the ACP forums for updates.

ACP buddies...On Online Attendance - confirm ko lang...Batangas was not mentioned in areas close to Metro Manila..does this mean valid din ang Batangas for online attendance and provincial chapter? Can we just join EBs via online attendance and maybe set up a provincial chapter as well? As far as i recall...ako at si Brypam pa lang ang ACP member na taga Batangas, for Quezon..si sir Swethart. Of course we could join also sa Manila EBs if schedule permits. TIA

yup! few steps nalang talaga. i'll start inviting yung mga repz na kilala ko na naka avanza din. May mga avanza din dito sa tagum, mga white, pero may logo ng COCA-COLA sa gilid, hehe! if ever kaya pwede rin sila? (weird na tanong). wait mode nalang talaga for next eb..
