Per my experience, a good washover should take around three weeks to a month. This entails stripping the body of panels/mouldings/lights and sanding down the paint properly and effectively. On cost, expect to spend around 20K+ to 30K+ depending on the shop, condition of your car body, and paint type used.

My suking tindahan isn't around anymore. I'm actually also looking for a reliable shop for painting and minor work in our area also. Never tried going to the known shops which we see with displays in the car shows yet though.

try AutoRx Carworks at 111 Kamuning Road. closer to edsa, same side as mercury drug.
they are equipped with a painting booth for a cleaner finish. price would be around the same as mentioned above, but that will depend also on the condition of your car now.

Interesting. This is near to where my previous paint shop was at. It's always best to have the paint shop accessible to you as its good to be able to visit the car often while its being painted.

Klazpaint was also suggested before but it's such a PITA to go to that area now from our place because of the roadworks.

That's one of the most important factors, yun shop dapat accessible to you...para madalaw mo especially sa important stages ng pintura...Sara para mabilis manalik for back jobs...

Buti naman at may malapit na paintshop para sayo. Basahin mo na din yung sticky post in shopping for paintshop. Ang tumatak sakin dun e do not give them reason not to perform their job well.

Meron talaga silang proper paint booth with air filtration at gas fired heater. Yung booth niya yung parang sa west coast customs na spray booth. Yung mga nakita kong shops sa qc area oven ovenan lang hehe
