Turtlewaz Polish wax 2001 vs Hard Shell Wax, whats the difference?

I saw two types of turtlewax (in green containers), both are paste waxes.

One says Polish 2001, the other is the good old Hard Shell Wax.
The polish is expensive by 50 bucks. What s the difference between these two? Which is better?
