How good is the good 'ol Turtle Wax compared to the popular professional waxes like Meguire's? I read in it's label that it could last for 12 months.

when you're buffing it off...

I used to be a TW loyalist.... imagine, since taga-linis pa lang ako ng auto ng dad ko! that'd be 15 years na. May abraisives ito (yung white cap). Leaves a lot of powdery residue. Dont use the liquid wax, ang hirap tanggalin pag napadami.
But since i've tried meguiars, ayoko na ng TW. Meg's is like butter or margarine. Super dali ilagay ng tama! :D Not to mention, ang bango! parang edible! hehe.
Coupled with my RO Polisher, im done waxing my Pajero in 20-40 minutes, depending on my energy level :DLast edited by pajerokid; August 1st, 2003 at 12:34 PM.

Those are fair points. It is quite early in the game for the Philippines when it comes to EV...
