    Mga sirs... you have to register sa LTO ang top load as well...
    How much ang dagdag sa rehistro ng topload/roof rack/carrier?

    hmmm... what if tao ang nasa carrier mo? like dba pag nasa province we cld see some jeepneys may carrier tapos may mga pasehero pati bubong.

    emission testing, drug testing, early warning device sticker and the device, and now topload permits.... LTO legalizing their kotong style. whats next mandatory tire cover permit.
