tiny paint dots: how to clean/remove

to the gurus,

please give me advise on how to remove the tiny but several paint dots on my vehicle which I think was caused by "accidental" spraying when i passed by a roadside painting shop. i tried applying turtle car wax to no avail.

try to pry it off using a blade... (just be VERRRRRRRRY careful).
