AFAIK, ang KAIO walang curing required, since wax naman siya..
Ang SG ang may curing time minimum 8 hours, but an advise from a detailing forum abroad says a 24 hour curing time does wonders for KSG. Yung sakin I let it cure for 48 hours. Ang tindi ng kintab.![]()
I need more plush microfiber cloths >_> bili nga ako later 10am sa mall.
I also find my NanoSLIQ being quite overused these days kasi walang ulan. Puro duster -> nanosliq nalang ako.
Actually, KAIO isn't a wax - it's a chemical cleaner with a bit of sealant. I've done some reading up on other forums, and the general consensus seems to be that there's no need to wait for KAIO to cure - the protection it offers by itself isn't that durable, so curing wouldn't really add much - go ahead and apply your LSP (be it KSG, 476, 915, etc.) immediately after.
I'm waiting for that confirmation sir... I've reading somewhere here that the AIO combines step 1 to 3, hence AIO. I'm planning to get kase the Klasse AIO or its Carlack equivalent, then after application apply 915, OCW maintained with OID-GE.
Pero di ba ang AIO every 6 months lang application?
AIO is a cleaner... preps the surface for KSG. AIO by itself has very little in terms of protection.
On the flip side, the durability of KSG without KAIO is nothing special. Combined with AIO, it outlasts many other sealants available in the market. Hence, they're best used with each other
In that note, AIO should be used everytime you apply KSG.
BTW, no curing time between AIO and KSG.![]()
