Hello guys! I saw this ad on The Philippine Star Motoring section today.

    Anyone tried sunbloc tints?

The ad says 900php/car on the economy film and i'm interested on this one.

I wonder what kind and quality of film they'll use on the application.

The shop has an aircon tint room pa oh. hmmm..

    Any catch on this ad?

    From Honda Club:

    http://z3.invisionfree.com/HCP/index...c=11141&st=520

Shaider:May ka-tropa ako, tinesting yan (hehe after last year's autoshow din) ... pero nagfade agad yung tint, and nagbubbles to no end. Mas napagastos lang siya is the long and short of it.

Lacarz: I think you mean Sunbloc films. These are extremely low quality films that range from Php 500.00 - 1,200 per car. If your opting for this, I suggest go then for US gila. Atleast this will last you slightly more than a year. Both have low heat rejections ie. 20% - 25% hence they fade quick cuz they are not made for hot sunny days.

Cyg:Remember lang guys, QUALITY has no price

Ex. Pa-tint ka ng mumurahin. Let's say worth P1,000. Dahil low-quality, laging naka-engage ang aircon mo, sabihin na natin na 3 liters of gas or P111 ang nasasayang in a week.

Pa-tint ka nga ng mamahalin but of good quality, say worth P10,000. After 135weeks or 2.8yrs pa mapapantayan ng gas consumption cost mo yung investment mo sa tint. Moreover, kung may 5yr warranty pa yan, masira man on the 4th yr, papalitan ulit yan ng LIBRE, so may another 4yrs or so ka pa ulit

Our embassy staff had their Innova tinted at this Road-fit place. Service was good but then he complained that the film turned purple in less than 4 months. Heat rejection wasn't all that good either. They were ready to replace the tint installed with the same model. He wasn't convinced until I recommended him to LAcars and he was very satisfied with the service and quality. I agree where quality has no price.

    Hi Sir Dplmat!

Maybe what your friend chose was the economy tint
that is the one being offered to fleet operators. I
would gladly admit that the quality would definitely
not be at par with our standard and professional grade
tint. the latter two i recommend.

    Hope the public is enlightened
