    How do I restore them? I have a pair of stainless bumpers for my oldschool mitsu and it's buried in masilya and paint. Do I still have the chance of reviving them to their natural chrome state? What are the D.I.Y. steps po ba? Thwenks!

    IMHO, you'd have to scrape them bare them have them re-plated.
