Gud pm. I do apologize if I will be posting this on the wrong thread since I can't seem to find the proper thread for this topic. Thinking na this is to protect my new car's paint in the long run, I might as well post it here nalang din.
I would just like to ask for your opinions and ideas since walang pong roof yung garage ko and I plan to buy a tolda or improvise one considering I will be getting a new car soon. Based on experience with my previous car, masama talaga kapag exposed yung car sa init at ulan. Paint on my car's roof faded quickly, headlights natuklap yung film then nanilaw plus madami naging mancha yung paint due to bird droppings and other impurities na nahirapan talaga ako tanggalin. What I do have now in my arsenal is just car cover.
Do any of you guys know saan pede magpagawa ng tolda or shade man lang sa garahe? Honestly wala ako budget magpagawa ng matinong bubong so I'm looking at cheaper alternatives. Thanks.

Sa may bandang divisoria near binondo church ako nakakuha nang tolda 10 years ago. Pero i agree na risky sya lalo na kapag malakas ang hangin.

June 15th, 2014 05:57 PM #5Invest ka ng konti and in the long run makakatipid ka.

I think keep it open na lang while saving to build a strong garage.

June 15th, 2014 08:48 PM #8We have the same problem TS. My parents chose to buy a tent as a temporary solution. It worked well throughout the summer but then the rainy season came. A sudden strong gust of wind tore up the canvas and bent the frame so it's been taken down ever since.
If you're really decided to get one you can search online. Cost will depend on its size.

Thank you sa mga nagreply. Marami pala sa divisoria tolda. Yes, I was thinking as well na most likely magiging kalaban ko yung malakas na hangin pagdating ng time. It might do more damage sa car. Huhu! Pano kaya..
Was thinking of a tolda na pedeng i-roll tapos isasabit ko lang sa pader namin then I'll attach big rocks as weight leverage para di liparin. If aware kayo dun sa mga pinantatakip sa mga simbahan kapag umuulan kapag umaangge, that's what I have in mind. Then roll ko lang kapag malakas yung hangin or may bagyo.
