Depends on what vehicle. On Volvos they come standard. On Benzes you can get them from CATS.

Milford (in Australia) makes cargo barriers. But they are metal and are designed to protect vehicle occupants from flying luggage in the event of a crash.

Milford barriers are available on the net and off-road specialty shops.
