You could try Car Medics near Retiro corner Biak na Bato.

You could also try Genki Car Spa, its somewhere near banawe Maria Clara, just ask around, its the corner of Jollibee.

I would recommend you go to Car Medics if you are game for some booze since it has a bar on the side, you could bring your car over and have a few bottles and when you're done the car is done as well just be sure to be able to drive it home safely, but if you're not game for that scenario and would want to wait then i would recommend you go to Genki Car Spa, here they could offer you what kind of wax you want put on, and they also do a better job IMHO that the before mentioned but the downside is there's a long wait list since its always full.
