Rubbing compound

sa bahay ko lang pinagawa. tinuruan ko na dati yun sa isang kotse. so expectation ko is alam na niya kung paano gawin. inabot ko na yung car shampoo at wax, pero nakita siguro niya yung bote at gumawa ng kwento na baka nag transfer ako ng wax to the bottle. kaso, rubbing compound laman ng bote so ayun...

If he rubs the rubbing compound the way he use the wax i dont think he murdered your paint or clear coat, and hindi naman niya ginamitan ng polisher (thank God).

kaya pa yan actually. dull na ba ang paint? mahahabol pa yan sa polishing kung buhay pa ang CC mo.

best bet mo is to have that assessed by a Pro Detailer para maka-siguro ka. then kutusan mo sa ulo 'yung gumawa nyan.

sana nga hindi masyadong naubos yung clear coat... makapal pa naman "dati" dahil mag 1 year palang yung kotse

and siguro naman hindi vigorous ang pag-apply nya ng Compound..

You can do a test to see whether your clear coat is still there... I just forgot how

depends sa paint actually, kung paint mo pre-mixed ang clear (single stage), di pwede gawin yung standard CC test...

Basically get a white cloth, dab a little polish or compound and rub an inconspicous area sa exterior ng car na medyo malakas, if the paint transferred to the cloth, walang clear or walang hiwalay na clear coat.

based on your post, I think nagmarr lang yung paint mo medyo, you'll need to manually remove the compound using a polish to remove the fine scratches created by the compound then rewax. I don't think natanggal ang clear kung hand applied na di naman "kinuskos" sa lakas.
