Repair or New Panel?

Hi everyone!

I need your expert advice. I just bought a 2nd hand 96 civic lxi. I'm not satisfied with it's paintjob and I just learned that makapal na ang masilya sa hood and right fender, front bumper is also damaged and repaired, it's using oeversized washer to attach kaya medyo di na rin aligned. A friend suggest na ipa washover ko yung oto and maybe find a surplus hood, fender and bumper para mas maganda at latang lata pa rin yung oto.
Ok ba itong idea na ito? If yes, any suggestion where I can find these surplus parts (hood, fender, and front bumper). And saan po ba maganda magpa washover? Magkano kaya dapat ang budget?

surplus parts, nagkalat sa banawe tsaka sa evangelista, makati.
estimate washover is around 10-15k.

Anyone has an idea kung magkano yung hood, fender, or front bumper?
Para lang tantiyado ko na kung mataas or mura na yung iaalok sakin pagpunta ko ng evangelista or banawe.

Iba iba ang bigay na amount. I suggest na haggle the price to the lowest tapos daanan mo lahat ng shops. Dito sa evangelista madami akong nakikitang hood. Kasama pa yung buoung harap.

kadalasan they are selling the front cut ng mga 7,500 to 8,000 sir. mas maganda po talaga kung ma replace na. pero kung medyo problema pa po budget sa ngayon pwede nyo naman pa scrape na lang then pa buli ng maganda. yung bumpers na lang replace nyo.

Thanks for all the insights, punta ako next week sa evangelista during lunchbreak, dito lang din naman ako makati. This weekend sana kaya lang malamang sarado ang mga shops.

May recommended ba kayo na shop na pwede ko pawashover and at the same time ipakabit yung mga bago parts, yung pulido sana gumawa kasi gusto ko talaga ibalik sa magandang tindig itong civic ko.
