Dude if your car is just 2 weeks repainted, dont apply sealant or wax. Just glaze your car then shampoo often. Pag naulanan, rinse off with water from faucet then dry. After 1 month, you could use wax n sealants na to protect the finish.

first of all, dapat you shampooed and washed your car as soon as it gets dirty, it's bogus if any body tells you na you can't wash a newly painted car, anong difference nun with rainfall? not much, and rainfall is acidic pa.
2nd, now that it's (watermarks) there, a light polish would be required to take it off if it has etched through the paint, if they're just light watermark deposits (note, deposits, not etch), then they can be removed by a paint cleaner then glaze for protection.
glaze can only protect a couple of days at a time... so reapplication is required every 2-4 days when it's raining.

thanks for the replies guys.
so its basically safe to use car shampoo when cleaning a 2 week old repainted car.
again, pardon my ignorance, but what is a "glaze" is it some type of chemical that i apply to the body? and is it available at our neighborhood auto shops?
follow up question den... dinala ko ulet yung car ko sa paintshop kasi noticeable na nawala yung gloss nya sa may hood area... di sya kasing kintab ng bubong and sides, whereas dati, pare-pareho silang makintab. they said they wud buff it again, ok lang kaya yun?

A glaze (pure glaze ok, not 'branded' as a glaze) is a product that is applied on top of a paint surface to create a really wet, oily look. Most glazes work to fill in minor swirls and leaves the paint looking oily, it also proves a light layer of protective film on the paint that allows paint solvents to evaporate while the paint is curing (hardening).
The "dapa" cases of painting is usually the excuse of a paint shop... if the painting is finished properly, it shouldn't lose its gloss over time... yes, buffing will revive the finish, but most cases, it's due to a poorly finished surface.
