"Pearl White" paint job (washover / hilamos) - any recommendations?

I think the best way to move forward para mapa ayos ko na yung Subaru Impreza Hatchback (in terms of mga gasgas, and front / rear bumper scratches) is this:
- first have the front and rear bumpers worked on (not sure kung replace ba o repair lang)... mukhang sa casa lang ito since hindi ata available sa FusionR yung body parts / panels

- then ipa washover sa labas (para pati yung mga small dents mapa ayos na rin)...

can any one here recommend a good painter in QC / Manila / Pasig area? Pearl White pala ang kulay ng Subaru...

I've inquired with 2.. isa sa makati (by phone.. will try to check out their place soon).. and mukhang reasonable ang presyo..

sa QC.. may itinuro sa akin.. grabe.. I didn't know that hilamos can cost upto 6 digits (to the left of the decimal point a)... grabe...

may pagkakaiba ba sa semi hilamos tsaka sa full hilamos?
