panel between hood and front windshield...

Just had an issue regarding the plastic panel between the windshield and the hood, where the wiper is connected. Nakakainis, when i am cleaning my vios '04, mayroong yosi na nakasingit dun sa ilalim ng wiper tapos nung tinanggal ko, nagmelt ung black plastic panel. Now, im just wondering if it can be painted (e plastic un) or to replace it (how much?). Im not exactly sure what that panel is called but i hope you understand it.....

imho, pwede i putty yan, tapos ipaint. pero if it is very small, pwede mo na siguro muna iignore. wala namang magiging bad effect yan sa oto in the long run eh.

or you can ask the casa. i doubt kasi if surplus shops have those.

I think it's called cowl vent cover yata...just ignore it..

di naman ata sinadya, yaan mo na baka pumangit pag tinakpan. mawawala sa orig, gastos pa.

Thanks sa advice, first car ko kasi to e.. just bought it last July. kaya OC pa talaga. hehe.. pero thanks sa term na cowl vent cover, yun nga ata tawag dun.

iwan mo na lang bro, hindi naman na halata siguro yan unless may mag usisa talaga. pero i feel for you, ganyan ako nung kaka repaint lang ng kotse. may nakita akong sobrang liit na dent na hindi naman kita talaga unless tignan mo sa gilid gusto ko na ipaayos ung dent. buti naawat ako ng shop na pagpapapinturahan ko. hehe
