Is it safe to put polish and wax on a newly

Immediately. New cars are painted in a different manner from paint shops, quick drying solvents are incorporated with the process and the fact that it's machine sprayed makes the process even faster... In addition, new cars are painted BEFORE any accessories like bumpers, weatherstrips, glass etc are installed so the frame and panels are attached to a rail with a negative (or positive) charge then the paint with the opposite current is sprayed onto the car which bonds immediately to the sheetmetal... then baked at very high heat (hotter than usual paint ovens)... By the time it exits the plant, it's already fully cured, add the fact that it takes months before the factory built car will reach the dealer's inventory and to you, the buyer... sobrang fully cured na yan.
