Hello peeps!!! Sorry medyo delayed ang reply coz hindi ako masyadong nagagawi outside the Diesel forum. anyway......

dieselNubi:: The sunroof kit comes with a rubber coated metal liner which is intended to cover the cut marks on the headboard. Yun pong headboard yan po yung pinaka "kesame" ng mga auto natin :D Yung sa auto ko, Parang felt or carpeted. Actually medyo nahila nga yung felt layer, but nagawan ko naman ng paraan. :D Personally, mas gusto ko nga yung vinyl headboard tulad ng sayo. Mas hindi dumihin and madaling linisin. if your headboard is vinyl, then good for you! its easier and neater to cut, so mas malinis yung end result :D Sorry i cant sell my 50% discount even if i wanted to. Dapat po kasi same day, mai-enter yund second transaction. Sayang na sayang po. :| and if i could, hindi ko po ibebenta yon... im gonna give it for free :wink:

btw, sana po wala akong mai-report about leaks and rust :lol: but they leak test the sunroof before releasing the unit naman :lol:

AC:: hello and welcome! :mrgreen: Yup, more or less mga 20 thou lahat lahat. But again, di ako nanghihinayang coz very talented at marunong yung nagkabit (mekanikong nag-iisip at alam ang ginagawa) and yung limited lifetime warranty. Im not sure of the actual price, but all i know is that the 2nd sunroof or service is 50% off. Sayang talaga, if i knew you wanted to tag along, sana nakadiscount tayo :| Its a good idea to find someone to share the costs with:P Hindi ako naka discount coz i paid thru credit card. Kung cash meron pa raw bawas.

niko.... ganun din nga sana gusto ko matic na 2nd hand... but when i went to surplus shops... may kalumaan na yung mga nakita ko eh... and kakatakot kasi alang lifetime warranty sa ordinary shop... tanong ko kasi 8t for corolla e... tama na ba yun?

pajerokid... sayang nga... sana sabay nalang tayo... but ndi parin ako ganon ka decided w/c shall i use eh kung matic surplus or new ziebart... but dahil may discount cge nanga... hehehe... san branch ka nagpa sunroof? mga howmuch lahat nagastos mo? ndi naman kasi ako nagmamadali eh... and my budget is 20tbelow... kaya ndi ko tlga kaya bumili ng new matic... hehee i asked them din e... kung pwede ziebart install ng surplus... they said 10t w/c is reasonable... but alang warranty... sobrang impt ng warranty eh... heard kasi kahit ziebart pag minalas minsan leak parin e... but they wil replace kahit anong masira... part of their waranty not just to fix the leak... kaya gusto ko narin sana ziebart para bawas sakit sa ulo... incase... hehehe
btw... yung moonroof mo... pag tinulak umaangat... but pwede ba iurong yung salamin paalis sa mismong butas... like sa matics? maingay ba pag ulan?? malinis ba talga trabaho ziebart?? can u breakdown howmuch this and that??:lol: tnx hehe dami tanong noh... pasensya na... :mrgreen:

yup!have plans sana eh,anyway,whats your corolla ba?meron kce moon roofs for ae92 and ae101 eh,ill ask there prices pa.and cguro mga installation fee nya mga 3t.the moonroofs will cost you around 7t,more or less...

the sunroof can be positioned in two ways, fully open and semi open. As you could see, medyo di pantay yung black na headboard liner. Thats because sa pajero, felt yung headboard. But im confident that if vinyl headboard, mas maganda yung result :D In any case, very satisfied po ako. :D

nikko m:: sir hanap po kayo sa banawe. Try ER Cinco in Banawe. If youre going to get a sunroof na japan surpuls, kahit anong tatak or pinanggalingan pwede, basta physically kasya. Bahala na po ang installer diyan. Yung pinsan ko naglagay ng Honda Sunroof sa Lancer GTi nya, ganda kinalabasan :D

AC:: Its totally up to you kung ano gusto mo. :D Evaluate what you want and need, match with your budget, and buy! :D Ako kasi, wala naman talagang balak mag drive ng nakabukas ang sunroof so tama na sakin yun pop up:D

sir PK, ayos moonroof mo, japorms, teka walang pics yung hinges pede ba request sa ibang posters kasi makikita ko naman sasunday yan eh
IMHO mas gusto ko manual, bakit??? kasi less mechanical problem
eh sir PK madali bang alisin ang glass from the inside?

nagpa carwash ka na ba? may leak ba?

kimps:: ty! :D pre if you look closely, there are 2 hinges up front kaya lang meron plastic cover kaya di halata :D Tama ka sir Kim, less problems kapag pop-up. Thats one of the factors i considered. :D After the install, binombahan nila ng pressure washer.... so far no leaks (and i hope it stays that way :D ). Nilagyan nila ng isang damukal na Selastik so i dont think papasok ang h20 :D

Madali lang magtanggal, even if youre alone and inside the car. Mahirap yung pagbalik! I managed to do it on my own but mas madali kung dalawa :mrgreen: ang taas kasi ng bubong ko e :D

AC:: Yup! meron nang takip! kulang kulang mga 20 thou lahat lahat. Kung meron ka kasama, around 15thou each kayo. Why dont you try going to Ziebart? Its along south super highway, southbound. Sa ilalim ng Buendia flyover. Meron silang discount sa cash transactions, malay mo makuha mo sa 15Thou :D theres no harm in trying diba? and at the same time, makikita mo pa yung sunroof. I bought it using my credit card kaya walang tawad. May EB kaming mga DIESEL peeps. Youre certainly welcome to join, kaya lang its in pampanga and were going offroad :mrgreen:

i have inquired about the moonroofs,meron orig from levin ae101,asking is 9.5T eh,matic,very good condition daw,and 100% no leaks bcoz it will come with hoses,hose daw naman ang impt. sa leaks eh...not actually the rubber around it,its there for the dust,but thats not the reason daw kung sa mga leaks...i dunno..have to ask pa,thats what they told me eh..
