yung old ko na momo (1980's model pa) steering was quoted P350 kung leatherette and P750 kung german leather....sa nearby (tabi-tabi) na car upholstery shop lang.

I'm considering visiting kelseat and leather inertia soon (someday hehehe).

Btw, not Momo related 'to. Anu pa ok na brand ng steering wheel na patok sa EG? Preferably small that the usual steering wheel. Wag lang yun Evo and Type R na tig 1-2K benta sa concorde and newly-opened automotive shop in Filinvest Alabang.

Up ko lang ito. Tried searching sa Google pero wala pa akong makita. Baka may ibang Tsikoteers na nakakaalam.

kung gusto mong sure na orig na momo but from their real distributors.

kung bibili ka naman ng second hand, try to search muna the momo website kung yung model na yun ay one of thier line up.

my old momo is no longer in their site, pero tell-tale signs suggest that it is orig: 1) Stitch is very clean, 2) leather adhesion is very neat and proper (hirap nga akong balatan kasi sasama yung foam), 3) the leather is "thin" and yet strong, 4) the MOMO logo is etched or engraved on the metal, 5) at the back of that meron din naka etched or engraved na "MADE IN ITALY" tapos a number na parang production date (mine have "8 - 79" so I think Aug 79 it ginawa?!?), 6) the metal is very neatly cut or stamped (parang laser cut steel), 7) the paint finish is kinda unique (mine is gun metal - blue finish pero sa malayo parang black...parang hindi ito painted...parang heat tempered ang dating, ayaw makudkod ang kulay kahit i-sand paper).

kung talagang sira na yung leather ng momo mo, of course it is.
nung naka momo SW pa ko dati, na bakbak na rin yung leather. pina-releather ko lang kay kelseats.
