by the way, i have two each of blue, violet, pink and green and one waffle weave.
yes, please enlighten us on how to use the 3M glaze with Microtex the right way. apply thin (i-glide softly lang ba kapag nag-apply, use foam or pwede yung less fluffy side ng microtex plush), let dry (how many seconds or minutes) and buff ba (light buff or todo hataw, can I use the fluffy side of the same microtex plush to buff, proper strokes po)?Originally Posted by fLaKeZ

OT: talagang mahirap gamitin ang 3M Glaze. Product removal is a PITA. kahit ano pang microfiber gamitin, if its applied too thick, would be difficult to use in removing glaze.yes, please enlighten us on how to use the 3M glaze with Microtex the right way. apply thin (i-glide softly lang ba kapag nag-apply, use foam or pwede yung less fluffy side ng microtex plush), let dry (how many seconds or minutes) and buff ba (light buff or todo hataw, can I use the fluffy side of the same microtex plush to buff, proper strokes po)?
3M Glaze, yung either plush or ultra plush, apply a small amount, spread over a square foot or two area... rub (not lightly) with light to moderate pressure until it's almost gone. Turn the towel to the less fluffy side and buff off.
You dont use it like a wax. It's not a wax.
i read in the product brochure that microtex suede can be used to apply and buff off the wax. paano siya lilinisin, soap and water? or hayaan na lang? most of the wax i apply seems to end up on the rag, so i'm quite curious about this
theveed::: sa pag buff ng wax, yung less fluffy side dapat gamitin? tiaOriginally Posted by theveed

degreaser spray... you mean like WD-40? pwede ba yung pahiran mo ng Wipe Out then wash? how about Joy dishwashing soap?Originally Posted by theveed
Mackieboy, ok yung DVD ng microtex. Galing nung Elite, pang-mabilisang drying pala kasi ang laki ng towel na iyon and super absorbent. OK yung mga techniques sa pag-wash, dry (no wiping talaga, just gliding the towel and tapping the towel on excess water), wax application and buffing. Pero kaya naman lahat yun ng plush/ultra plush diba? By the way, napansin ko din na tama yung iba in saying masmadali mag-dry kapag hindi sprayed-on ang water for rinsing. Use free running water open-hose or buhos ng tabo.![]()

WD40 is not a degreaser, it's a lubricant itself. Degreasers are like Simple Green, Purple Muscle etc etc...
Medyo OT but since nabanggit mo na din lang naman, saan ba nakakabili nito?Originally Posted by theveed

anyone?![]()
bili ka na lang ng Megs APC. Mas mahal pero pwede mo naman gamitin din sa bahay yan so di sayang.
and sobrang tagal mo pa magagamit. dilutable kasi so andaming practical applications ng APC.
Degreaser ? sa ibang gasoline station pwede makabiliOriginally Posted by artpogi
ask mo na lang ang gas attendant kung available sa station nila
OT: artpogi, nakabili ako nito early this year sa sm supermarket (southmall), mejo konti lang yung stocks. try mo na lang sa nearest supermarkets (sm, rustans, etc)
ganto yung itsura:
back to topic: tinanggal ko ung microtex tag dahil mali yung hawak ko while buffing the wax, nagkaron ng light scratches ung paint..![]()
thanks for the tip in using the glaze boss theveed!
