Metal conditioner

Does anybody knows a paint shop where I can buy "Metal conditioner"? It's a chemical that removes microscopic rust and etches the metal for better paint adhesion.


I've ask few paint shops already but no one has them.

thanks for the reply. No not for the POR-15. Dupont has them, I'm looking for "metal conditioner" (contains phosporic acid) and "conversion coating" (not the rust converter, this is applied after the metal conditioner, it forms a zinc coating on the metal).
