Guys I was thinking of having a montero repainted to the same color but Matte (flat) color. What do you guys think?

Pros cons???
can I do it as a washover?
Is it more expensive or cheaper?
The vehicle will be used for farm and off road too so it would always be dirty so is going matte advisable with this scenario?
