    That's scrape. Scrip is money.

I believe its actually strip-to-metal. This is the normal term used by the "pintors in the talyers," hehehe. Scrip is a piece of paper representing something of value and normally given in place of money.

Madaming recommended na shops, although may mga negative comments din yung iba. (e.g. DropIt, The Wet Look, CrossFive, etc)

I wouldn't recommend a strip/scrape to metal job if you don't have rust problems.

Because in the process you'll also be stripping the factory rustproof (the one where they dip the cars and make it pass through an electrical charge).

I've yet to see a talyer that can do a better rustproofing job than the factory.

You can always strip down to the primer and build up your new color from there. No need to go to the metal layer. The paint will stick just as well.

    +1 on this.

As much as possible, keep your original/factory paint.

And yes, the correct term is "scrape" to metal.
