Mga sir, ano ba difference ng paint prep sa fiberglass and metal/hard rubber?
Sir Clavel: Baka di pa na "cure" yung fiberglass hood niyo kaya bumubula?

Dati na syang may pintura. Gusto ko pabago ang kulay at may mga tama na kasi... Ang usapan namin tanggalin ko yung old na pintura tapos sila na bahala.
Tama si sir wildthing baka nga hindi sila sanay kaso bat nila tinanggap yung trabaho.

what do you mean by 'kumulo'? does the paint have air bubbles in it?
i didn't click the link above but i'm 90% sure that it's the painter's fault by not prepping the surface properly.

umalsa pala - yes, i'm pretty sure that the painter didn't prep the hood properly - usually this happens when the surface has not been sanded/scuffed properly (kailangan fine na fine), or hasn't been thoroughly cleaned.
the painter has to strip the hood again and redo the job.
