How to remove white paint marks on windshield?

After washing my car, I saw tiny white paint marks on my windshield. I dont know where it came from. I need your suggestions on how to remove it. One told me to use carnauba wax on it, does it helps?

Paint thinner but be very careful, also a water mark remover might work.
