    Kerosene and solvents would work. But most cost-efficient is kerosene definitely.

    I usually have the car wash/detailing shop do the "asphalt removal" (they normally use kerosene) then i wax it when i get home.

    Don't use gasoline (masyadong matapang).

    The safest would be using a clay bar. Then apply wax after. This will remove other contaminants from the paint as well.

    sa car wash ang ginagawa nila, water wash muna yung sasakyan para maalis alikabok, tapos using a sprayer, spray nila yung kerosene then pahid sa sasakyan para matanggal asphalt at iba pang dumi... tapos wash ulit, then dry tapos wax

    Actually, safest would be first softening the asphalt first before immediately claying. Immediate claying would only harm the paint as asphalt sediments are pretty tough to remove and would scratch the paint if you attempt to do so.
