how much pa pinta ng side mirror?

nabasag side mirror ko because of a truck. pinalitan nila ng new pero its colored black (stock color ata).

anyway any idea how much to have it painted? and where kya maganda pagawa?

usually, they'll still charge you for one panel's worth of a paintjob. running rate is around 2.5k if i'm not mistaken. pero i'm sure pwede mo naman pakiusapan yung mga pintor/owner ng shop na bawasan yung rate nila since sidemirror lang naman eh.

kung side mirror, it's not really that hard to do with some patience, i painted my corolla side mirrors quite well and i dont have any painting expertise...

binaklas ko yung assembly, took out the mirror itself, hanged it sa clothhanger using the wire ng power mirror. taped everything na di kailangan ipaint... sanded with 1000 grit, primer (3 coats ata very thin), tapos mga 5 coats ng Nippon na nasa aerosol (Do-It), half day per coat, then 2 coat clear, then buff... yun lang.

Total cost mga 500 hehe

i think meron yan, check mo sa true value or ace hardware.

meron din paint shop sa banawe which mixes paint to match your car's color (based on a sample) then he puts it in a spray paint can.

your suking mekaniko can do that...

medyo maliit lang naman ang portion... and madali lang mag color match kung hindi MICA ang color ng sasakyan...
