hala! ang rustproof!....

Hey guys, pina car wash ko yung bagong car ko (2week old),since malapit lang sa may grocery yung carwash, iniwan ko muna saglit while wina washing.... pagbalik ko,napansin ko na bina brush na yung ilalim ng fender ko, nasa last fender na sya,eh pina rustproof ko yung car.... wala na akong nagawa, napa nganga nalang ako... Nang mg dry na,nakita ko, medyo nwala no yung shine ng ilalim ng fender na binrush nya......

my question is: ano ba mangyayari don,will it be prone to rusting?yung part na na brush nya?how long will it take the rust to start?what shall I do with it?

hmmm... parang normal na yata yun sa mga car wash pips... they really do scrub the wheel wells.

im no car paint expert pero if the rust proofing is good then you dont have to worry about anything. i have been brushing the wheels wells everytime i wash my car. no significant rusting naman.

well actually I was referring to the underside of the fenders..... no probs with the wheels since ang rims ko ay alloy, at di naman siguro pwede ipa wax yun, diba? well I dont know....pwede ba?

sir AFAIK wheel wells ang tawag sa under ng fender... but then i could be wrong.

yung part na yan usually scrub talaga together with the rubber. dati ko na ginagawa yun and no rusting naman.

I see, wheels lang kasi nabasa ko, I'm kinda in a hurry to read....

well anyway,I hope the brushing would not affect the rustproof, pero definitely, sa susunod, di ko na papa brush yung portion na yun, pressurized water lang at a distance, then punas nalang just to be safe....
