    Sample from meguiars

those hairline scratches are usually coming from:
    - wrong washing method
    - wrong 'gears' used (wash mit, chamois etc)

i usually treat these hairline scratches by steps 1 (seldom combined),2,3 then paint protect.

sorry, what i meant was use the 2 bucket method (search mo na lang dito). + 2 wash mitt.
    - 1 bucket/wash mit for your car's upper part and another for the lower part.

    minsan naman:
correct gears + wrong method = fail

have you seen those wash boys na kung pumunas, umaalog ang oto (sarap batukan e)?

No proper training.
As in lahat pati steering at shift knob ko pinunasan ng tire black! Kaw ba sir what would u do if this happens to you? Im still a teenager, di ako Nagmumura..

I never leave my car being washed unattended (unless sa bigberts).

In your case, risk mo yun dahil iniwan mo. Worst case, the poor-untrained wash boy was trying to impress you. Hahaha! Oh well, hard lessons learned.

A wax simply hides hairline scratches. A filler hides them even more! In order to "remove" scratch marks, you need to even out the paint through the use of a polish or compound.

i suggest you let your car undergo exterior detailing..that way mawawala yang mga hairline/swirlmark na yan! lalo na if marami and noticeable and wala ng gloss young car
